Black Vulture?

Need help identifying a bird? Please post your question here and if possible include a photo. Also let us know where and when you saw the bird. Turkey Vulture would have pale feathers along the back of the wings too, not just the outer 'fingers'. Turkey Vulture would also have a longer tail.
