Taken 21 AUG 2011 Klickitat County, Washington

Please confirm that these are Pied-billed Grebes. If not, what are they? Thank you!

Unknown diving duck, it is then. Thanks!

Google Lens identified them as Pied-billed Grebes. I didn't think that was right, so this is why I asked y'all for help.
