I don't see the expected wingbars. The bill appears too short, and the lower mandible looks dark, not orangish.
Eastern Phoebe, maybe?

I think Yellow-bellied Flycatcher is correct. Wingbars can be seen in the fourth photo. Eyering rules out phoebe.
