Pretty sure I got my first American Dipper today hunting in the eponymous Beaver Creek in CO.

I'm pretty widely read and seldom see a word in the English language I don't know, you made me hit the search engines for 'eponymous'.

I classed an American dipper in New Mexico last winter but missed it....
Never been in their range in season.
