Potential Female Black-Headed Grosbeak and a female tanager?

Saw this one hiking today in Beaver Creek, CO. I think it's a female black-headed grosbeak but want to confirm. I also have another shot of a bird that was taken in the same vicinity that I only got a quick, blurry phot of. Maybe a female tanager of some sort? Thanks!

One of these days I'll get a good photo on that warbling vireo. I caught one in the background of a yellow-rumped warbler I was shooting two months ago and then saw this one but didn't have time to get fully focused on it. I feel like once I get a good look/photo I should be able to remember/recognize this one!

The grosbeak could also be an immature.
