Looks like a Nashville to me, probably an immature female.

Thanks Zorak, Anybody else care to hazard their opinion?

I was thinking Yellowthroat.
Nashville would be rare this time of year, also this bird has light legs which I thought ruled out Nashville, it doesn't rule out Mourning Warbler though... Which would also be rare at this time of year.
I'm still thinking Yellow-throat, but the distinct gray hood on the head is definitely off compared to the few Yellowthroats I've seen.

After looking through a lot of photos of immature Mourning, Nashville, and Yellowthroats, I think the Common Yellowthroat is the strongest contender. The Mourning has too much yellow on its breast, and the Nashville has black and yellow legs. I can't confidently answer with any of these birds, however.

I agree with Common Yellowthroat.
