Dowitchers?

Need help identifying a bird? Please post your question here and if possible include a photo. Also let us know where and when you saw the bird. Other things that help are listing any field marks that stood out, behavioral information like how it walked, hopped or flew. This Forum is just for North American birds.

Dowitchers?

[rant] I swear, shorebirds are goin to drive me (more) insane. [/rant]

I'm pretty sure these are dowitchers but I'd like confirmation or correction. If these are indeed dows, don't worry about exactly which species; Merlin reported hearing Short-billed repeatedly, and they're far more common at this location than Longs.
