Adolescent Grey Heron?

Hi,

Seen 3/2026 on Cayman Brac for past few weeks in pond.
I have never seen a heron that looked so pure grey without a hint of blue.Just seemed at once an unusual color,maybe adolescent Grey Heron?

Looks like an immature Reddish Egret to me.
