Small songbird with yellow chest

Need help identifying a bird? Please post your question here and if possible include a photo. Also let us know where and when you saw the bird. Saw this one a few nights ago in Avon, CO. Unfortunately not the best photos so having trouble identifying. Hoping somebody might know this one?
