Black--crested Titmouse?

Need help identifying a bird? Please post your question here and if possible include a photo. Also let us know where and when you saw the bird. Black--crested Titmouse?

The Black--crested Titmouse is a daily visitor to my backyard. However this bird on the suet feeder shows no crest. :?

It doesn't show up well in the photo, but I see a crest.
